The quality management system within Fonderia Gattelli has the task of monitoring all process parameters from acceptance of the material to shipment to the end customer.

All measuring instruments are periodically checked and certified in order to always obtain reliable values.
Only with the acquisition of a parameter control and characterization methodology are the foundations established for an ever-improving system capable of fully exploiting the company’s know-how.

NEW MECHANICAL PROCESSING DEPARTMENT I4.0 PROJECT
Fonderia Gattelli has achieved product and process innovation with the installation of two Industry 4.0 work centers, internalizing operations that were previously outsourced. This has allowed us to improve the conformity of the parts to customer drawings, reduce errors and delivery times to explore new supply chains such as the naval/nautical one.
The project is carried out thanks to the European Funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region
