Our production capacity allow us to cast up 150 Kg of finished weight.

The foundry department consist in:
– 5 Tower melting furnace with 1000 Kg/h capacity
– 15 electric holding furnace
– 5 robotic casting platforms
– Many types of different hydraulics benches up to 2500x2500x2500mm

The great flexibility that has always distinguished us allows us to be effective both in small batches and in large series, guaranteeing constant support and quality to the customer.
Fonderia Gattelli has an internal technical office that deals with 3D engineering of the components, casting simulation and study of the equipment. We use the following software:
- Magma SOFT
- CimatronE
The technology mainly used for core shooting is the shell molding. This allows us to guarantee perfect sand evacuation and maximum performance in terms of dimensional stability during the casting process.
Fonderia Gattelli has developed an ERP interconnection system with the casting benches to monitor and track all process parameters ensuring the repeatability of the casting.
The cutting department:
- 5 robotic cutting cells
- 6 manual band saws
Fonderia Gattelli has a 4-chamber heat treatment line that allows it to internally treat all the kg produced. The oven is CQI9 approved and periodically checked with reference instrumentation.
Fonderia Gattelli has several shot blasting machines all equipped with stainless steel compound for high aesthetic requirements.
